My Dashain :D
Dashain is the greatest festival of Hindus. It is celebrated for fifteen days in the month of Aswin. It is celebrated to remember Ram's victory over Rawan.
Dashain is the most celebrated and enjoyable festival among all the festivals of Nepal.People return from all parts of the world, as well as different parts of the country, to celebrate together with their families and friends, to get blessing of our elders. Traditional swing such as the bamboo supported Linge pings are very popular. Nepali lifestyle is highly reflected by this festival. Malshree songs are played.All government offices, educational institutions and other offices remain closed during this festival period.This is one reason why the festival is celebrated with so much of vigor and enthusiasm.

Today Vijaya Dashami where elders put the tika and jamara which is sown in the Ghatasthapana on the forehead of younger relatives to bless them with abundance in the upcoming years. The red also symbolizes the blood that ties the family together. Elders give "Dakshina", or a small amount of money, to younger relatives at this time along with the blessings.

Our ceremony begin with the head of our family my Grandmom by putting tika and jamara to second head of our family my dad and mom and then to my uncle and aunt ,till the youngest one in the family.

Then after the photo session was over we had our lunch.Everybody started to play card
