Food Porn

Mexican food is truly very diverse; in fact, the same dishes can vary significantly from state to state, which adds even more to this diversity. Among the dishes similar to tacos, my favorites are “gringas”—a mixture of sliced meat and cheese sandwiched between two tortillas, topped with sauces and vegetables to taste. Words can’t describe how delicious it is. I’ve included some photos of one of these “gringas,” which I’ve cut open so you can see what it looks like; the rest are tacos al pastor, which many people love.
