Introduction

Greetings my friends, I hope you all are having a lovely day. I want to b

The road is a dual carriageway, this means that as you are in a vehicle moving along the Corniche waterfront, you will ultimately be feeding your eyes with the beauty of the Corniche waterfront. This water runs almost 7km and so, visitors, passersby and tourist will have the pleasure of looking and admiring this beautiful street of Corniche.

The Journey to Corniche

For this journey to the Corniche Waterfront, I actually travelled by rail. The underground train is a cheaper and faster means of transportation here. It is reliable, safe and enjoyable. You just need to top up your train(metro) card. Then you are good to go.

I was moving from my nearest train station which is called Mall of Qatar station. So I tapped in with my card, gained access and sat inside the train. It's an underground train, needless to look for the driver. You wont see any. Seems the train drives itself.

From Mall of Qatar the train started its movement, the next stop was at Education City station, next was Qatar National Library Train station next was Al Shaqab train station. The next stations were as follows Al Rayyan station, Al Messila station, Hamad Hospital station, The White Palace station and then Msheirib station. I actually dropped at Msheirib station and entered another train (Red line) going to Lusail QNB train station

From Msheirib station the first stop was Al bidda station and the second was CORNICHE TRAIN STATION. So I dropped here because I have got to my destination.

Now In Corniche Train Station

I exited the Corniche Train Station from the exit path. All exit pathways are automated doors that opens automatically upon seeing an individual.

Now I am at the surrounding(outside area) of the Corniche Train Station. It is such a beautiful environment having natural green grasses and other natural items of attraction. I strolled around before crossing over to the Corniche Waterfront which was my main destination.

This is Corniche Waterfront

This waterfront is nothing short of beauty. The water body is so massive and attractive. There are lots of tea stands and other relaxation stands beside the water. Restaurants were also built around it. This was done for the pleasure of tourists or anyone that came to see the Corniche Waterfront. You can relax, buy tea, coffee, snacks to eat or any other meal of choice as you feed your eyes with the beauty of the place.

There were cruise ships around too, that you can enter incase you want to move to the other side of the water or you want to catch some fun.
I moved around the water body, took pictures, interacted with people around. It was a happy weekend moment because I have been longing to visit and see the Corniche Waterfront in person. Afterwards I relaxed and took some snacks with sweet tea in one of the tea stands.

I can tell you that this was a fulfilled weekend for me. The movement from Mall of Qatar to Msheirib and then to Corniche was worth the time. Indeed the eyes was made for beautiful scenes.😊

I will explore other beautiful destinations as much as I can. There are so many beautiful places in this Doha and beyond. Thanks for reading and I will be glad to react to your comments.
