This month has been difficult, and it is only the 14th.
My dad had a heart attack just before my mums birthday. I broke up with the love of my life. I received my one year medallion of sobriety.
I know I still have so much to be grateful for. My dad made it out of surgery successfully. I haven't entirely lost the respect of my person in this breakup, and my sobriety means the world to me because I wouldn't be able to handle any of this had I been drinking.
That's basically my rant. Thanks for reading.
