The Christmas Market on Vörösmarty Square is the oldest and most spectacular of all the Christmas markets in Budapest and a sensory experience to behold; full of colours, festive sounds, and enticing smells.
I've always been a sucker for a good Christmas Market, and this one in Budapest is one of the best in Europe. If you find yourself in Hungary at this time of year I highly recommend taking the time to check it out.
