There's always frustration when parents deny their children the necessary and needed training. This is the quote of Bro. Eli, telling us to train our children not just in any way, but in the way of the Lord.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

The above portion of the bible is telling us how we should train our child. This verse is telling us to train up our children in the way they should go which is the way of the Lord and that when he or she is old, the. He or she will not leave nor depart that right way.

One thing about training according to Bro. Eli is that, it's not a day's work, but a gradual work which will surely be known when the results are seen in the child.

So, training a child in the way he or she should go, which means in the way of the Lord will help the child to know the right thing to do and when to do it.

However, if a child is not trained in the way he should go, then what is written in Proverbs 17:25 that “A foolish son is a grief to his father, and bitterness to her that bears him.” Will be the portion of the parents as the child will always frustrate them.

In conclusion, we should always try to train our children in the way they should go, which is the way of the Lord as this will help us not to be frustrated.
