A short letter to my future self

Namaste!

My dear future, I hope the current situation of things is not making you sad and weighing you down. Although things are very tight and hard in this recent time, I'm assuring you that there will be light at the end of the tunnel.

One thing I know for sure is that you will soar high. Though your current job is nothing to write home about, do not be weary, the Lord Almighty is your strength. I believe a time is coming when everything would be okay as I believe that, weeping may endure till night, there would be joy in the morning.

One thing I want from you is to persevere and be consistent in whatever you choose. I believe if you are consistent enough in whatever you do, you will one day breakthrough and nothing would dare block you from reaching your goal in life.

Also, make sure you avoid any means and form of distraction as this may cost you your goal in life, don't be lazy, wait for the appointed time of God and you will never regret coming to this world. Always strive for the best as the best is the only thing that can define your beautiful and expected future.

Do not hesitate to make relationships with the right people, give honor to whom honour is due and always pray your way to your greatness. Do not joke with prayer and always hope for the best no matter what, do not settle for the less but the best.

When the future finally comes with it greatness for you, please, do not look down on those that are below or behind you as they too would be where you are now, try to sustain your future that you have gotten as it's one thing to strive for the future and another thing to sustain it, so make sure you sustain your future no matter what. Do not neglect those that made you your future as they are the most important part of your life.
