Good day everyone one. Am so so super excited to be here once again to share with you. I go by the name @sammimed. Today I will be sharing something we all know or heard about but let's clear the misconception.

Before going into today's section, please I believe we have understood or rather have idea about diabetes as I explained.

To hypertension, it's a deadly and a dangerous heart condition that should not be joked with by any individual. Any small thing about misperiority on this condition, a life will be lost or a brave person will be destroy.

Hypertension is literally a high or increased pressure in the vessels of the body or heart. This vessels contains the arteries, veins, capillaries and all.

Basically what happens in hypertension is that, the blood which flows from your heart to other part of the body at a normal flow rate tends to flow with a lot of pressure. This causes pressure in the Channel of the flow ( large artery) and other vessels of the heart or body. Because of this, the heart will be needed to work harder in other to keep to this flow rate.

Some hypertension can not be explain on what the exact cause is. Such hypertension is refered to as primary hypertension. Such hypertension can not be point to a specific cause. It's actually sometimes hard to treat because the cause of the hypertension is not even known.

The other type of hypertension is the secondary hypertension. This hypertension can be traced to one or two causes. This is mostly found in some medical condition that lead to hypertension. Example of such conditions are endocarditis, myocardial infarction, arteriosclerosis and many other.

We also have various levels of hypertension too which we have to take note all. Don't forget knowledge is power and knowledge is health. Thank you
