Over the years, the incident of breast cancer among ladies have been on an increase side and also the death as a result of this has increased. Early diagnose of a condition in general gives and edge to early recovery and treatment outcome of such condition.

Breast self examination might look simple and too casual, but as it is, it has a great importance in detecting of breast cancer. Sometimes people neglect the pre cancer sign and think it's actually a normal thing not until the disease goes into the body before health is been seek..

As part of this awareness, I also made an approach to how this examination can be done and also what to expect and who to contact when there is a little problem. Let's remain focus and also value our health. Always said health is wealth....
