Managing headache without drugs// What to do when having headache//@sammimed

Good day great family and friends of hive community. It's really a pleasure for me to be here to share with you something interesting. I go by the name @sammimed.

Allot of us think and feel that every headache is been resolved and managed with analgesic. Today I really want to share with us that not every headache is managed that way.

If might interest you to know that drugs even though it's desire is to promote and maintain health, constant and misuse of this drugs affects the body system also.

Sometimes headache comes not because we are sick but because we fail to give the body what it actually need to sustain for a while. So today I will love to let us know some of this thing's.

Oral medications have effects on the kidney and also the liver. Imagine that the kidney and liver has to be working always or most atimes for the same reason, certainly it will be tired.

Sometimes all we need to do when having headache is to rest, sleep, take or bath and all. Although when headache persist, it's good to consult a health care provider.
