Let It Out, Let it Shine

The talk about making impact and influencing lives has been said intermittently. We all have something inside of us that can add value to some other person. The scriptures make us understand that there are treasures in earthen vessels. That means God has put great and valuable ideas in us with which we can use to fulfill purpose. However, few folks tend to think what they have inside isn't good enough, or their ideas won't make as much progress compared to the other person. Trust me, I've been at that point were I felt i could never succeed at what i was doing. I always compared myself with other people who were very successful at the same thing. All i wanted to do was fit into the success group. A mentor friend of mine always said that 'God did not create you to fit in, He created you to stand out'.
God did just create you to be unique, He also put something outstanding in you. The moment you begin to compare yourself with people, it will not only have a negative effect on your self-esteem and self-worth, but also on that great idea God gave you. So don't just sit there, chase your dream. Let that idea out and let it shine. Stop waiting for that major hit or connection. It is said, "If the opportunity doesn't knock, build the door".

In whatever you, no matter how common it may be, be excellent at it. Whatever is worth doing is worth doing well. Research about it and make it better. You may be 1 out of 100 doing the same thing, but you can be outstanding if think beyond the ordinary. Carve a niche for yourself. Brand that idea perfectly and sell it to the world.

I've seen persons who are wealthy by just selling groundnuts. The difference between such person and a normal groundnut seller at the market is the packaging. Don't hide your shine, bring that idea out and the world will be yours for the taking.
