Please Reply the Damn Messages

I hate it when people didn't reply my message and let me hanging. I'm waiting for them to reply especially the urgent and important messages and yet they're taking their sweet time. I know they are busy too but do they need 1 whole day to reply me? 😡😡 How does it feels when you having diarrhea almost shit yourself and someone is hogging the toilet? Same thing. I'm dying for replys and I know people doesn't care but do your damn job. You as a customer service, do your job professionally!
