Does God want all things, including evil, to happen? (Part 1 of 2) | The Old Path | MCGI

Hello everyone, I am delighted to write and share with you all this write-up which is drafted from a video I was sent to watch and learn from. I hope that you will learn something from it. The topic for today is "Depression and anxiety — how to overcome these biblically (Part 3 of 3) | The Old Path".

From the beginning of the video, Brother Eli stated "In this world, not everything that happens is God's will." It is okay to say that things that happens today are by the will of God. But there are some that are contrary to the will of God. From the Book of Exodus 20:14 "Thou shalt not commit adultery." But there are adultery specialties in this current world.

We can't say that these are all by the will of God because God has stated that already. People goes contrary because God has given as our free will to do everything that we want. We are gifted by God as human beings, our free will.

Just as Angels, they are also given their free will. This is because God wants us to worship him from our will without any force. Worshipping him without anyone forcing us to do. Obeying and following his commandments by the faith in our hearts and not being chased by guns and others.

God is a God that is pleased on persons obeying Him with faith and free will. God always want to see people obeying and worshipping him wholeheartedly without being forced. We should know that all evils that are happening are all against the will of God and they are happening for a reason.

From the book of Deuteronomy 30:19 "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you, life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore, choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:"

God recommends us to choose life worth of emulating. A good life of course and not just a life of evil. Not everything that happens is happening because God wants it to happen.
