Tip the waiter

As someone who worked as a waitress in a 5-star hotel for two years, I say that it's bullshit. Oh, it comes from your heart, you throw it in the medicine box, those who work there share it according to the measure of justice, it is different. but there is nothing more ridiculous than the waiter cringing to get an extra tip. I have never acted like this for a tip. I did my job anyway. I didn't turn down the tip, but I didn't trip the one who didn't. I didn't do any babbling just to give a tip. because it seemed silly to me.
