Trying the Instant Carbonara I bought at the Supermarket and had some “Adobo” Catfish for Dinner

Hello dear friends of BayaniHive Community. It’s been a while since I posted a blog here because I have been busy managing our business. So, for today’s blog I’m going to share with you our simple snack yesterday and what we had for our dinner which is one of the fish we sell here in our place called catfish.

As we went to bought some stuffs for our business at the supermarket, this instant carbonara caught my eyes, I was really craving for some carbonara but I don’t have some time to cook it haha, So I was surprised that there is instant carbonara in the supermarket which you can cook for only 3 minutes. So, I bought 2 pcs of it and I was really excited to cooked it for our snack.

The procedure was also simple, you just had to boil the pasta noodles for 3 minutes as stated at the package of this instant carbonara, then just mix the toppings that was already pack you don’t have to cook the toppings anymore. Then for the white sauce it was in a powder and it says it the packaging to add about 2 tablespoons of hot water.

Then just mixing everything and it’s done. I will have an honest review about this instant carbonara, although it really tastes like carbonara, haha but it’s a little bit salty for me, but if you are craving so bad for a carbonara and don’t know how to cooked it or you don’t have time, this instant carbonara is also a must try.

One reason why I became busy is because we had a new business which is we sell some foods like chicken, liver, fish like “bangus” and our best seller which is the catfish, I had to take orders then delivering it to their houses what they ordered that’s why I really became busy these past few days. The catfish that we sell costs only 170 pesos per kilo. Then there’s a one kilo left after selling about 30 kilos in just one day. We decided to cooked the catfish for our dinner. My husband just cooked it with soy sauce and vinegar then he also added some soda. It was really delicious when cooked that way.
