Recipe for a dessert called Coffee Jelly and Banana Coated in Caramel or what we call “Banana Cue” for our Snack Today
Hello Hive Food community! How are you doing today? I hope you had a wonderful day despite the circumstances you are facing right now.
Today, I’m happy to share with you an easy recipe for a dessert called “Coffee Jelly”. Have you ever considered coffee adding to your dessert? This recipe I’m going to share with you was really enjoyed by my family in any occasion especially during Christmas season, I tend to make one because it was very easy to prepare. So, join me as I present to you how I make this delicious and creamy dessert with coffee.
Ingredients Needed:
33 grams black jelly powder (unflavored)
1 tbsp. Coffee powder
1 can cremdensada (combination of all purpose creamer and condensed milk)
Cheese (optional)
Cooking Time:
In a casserole add about 3 cups of water and add the gelatin powder and coffee powder. The stove was currently turned off while I’m doing this, stir the mixture, then set the fire into low medium heat.
Wait until the gelatin mixture boils. Then put in a flat pan surface. Wait the gelatin becomes firm.
About 15 minutes it’s already firm so cut the this into cubes then put in a mixing bowl. Gradually add the Cremdensada on it. Then for the final touch I added cheese cut into cubes.
Then we have it a very easy recipe dessert Coffee Jelly. This was best served when chilled. I just eat this dessert moderately.
I also cooked some banana cue for our snack today. Just frying the bananas in a pan then cover it with some sugar until it was well coated. Then we had a delicious snack for today 😊.
That’s all my hiver friends. Till’ next blog.
Sincerely, @saijan19
