Hope you are doing well and having
a fantastic blessed time 🌷

I missed you all and I know some
reached out wondering if I been
ok and if Im still here 🫣

I am still here... I am ok!

But I been unmotivated, exhausted,
felt Insufficient and hard to really
get things done...

And it is not me so being like that
made me angry at myself 😜

But I realized that I am only one
person and I need to learn to
say NO when I feel tired.

To not feel guilty for not helping or
doing things for others when I
feel like I need to recharge
myself.. I am learning!

And to feel free and not selfish when
I do things for myself.

I think I drained myself to much and
my health took a hit this year
because of it... Dammit 😜

But I am all better now and I am
feeling more like myself again.

So Thank you all for your love and
Hugs that has carried me
through the worst ❤️

It meant more than you know 🥰

And NOW...

My happy place 😍

Healing body and soul!

It is still to cold here but this was a
sunny day and barley any wind so
I sat there for a while and just
enjoying the view 🥰

Theraphy for the mind and heart and
this enviroment is the one place I
feel completley at peace at 😊

I know many share this feeling and
being outdoors and see all the
beautiful things nature has
to offer is a gift 🥰

And we deserve it 🩷
