I am blessed to be loved.
Born into a warm heart, I grew around
Little but the feeling was much.
You could actually taste the love,
I curl up in her hands like a little kitten.

My "gah gu" a melodious music
To the ears of those who birthed me.
And my laughter a moment of joy.
In my home of love, I rule with pampering and gown,
In my not so little kingdom, affection was my crown.

They showed me kindness and loving care.
They see a simple mind that only eats and sleeps,
But I am fully aware.
I may pee on myself and make you sleepless
At night and light,
But your love for me remained unwavering,
A constant, warm delight.

Was I privileged or was it my right?
No, they did it with a heart full of cheer.
Come to think of it, it was love, not rights,
I will calm my greatest fear.

When my time comes, I will be their pillar of gratitude,
Grateful to my core, in any place, at any latitude.
