What's Happening in Baires Town

Out on the Wheel

Not out too much these days. I have had difficulties with the batteries in my wheel. Short trips only.

I have been taking the camera with me whenever I go out in case there's something interesting to shoot. I stopped by to see @pdc at his news stand and when I heard a bunch of noise, trumpets and drums, I knew something was happening. It was a protest and they always go down Av de Mayo when the people are not happy.

It is the main avenue between the Congress building and the official residence of the president. The population will always go to the source of their unhappiness, the government.

I love riding in the streets, but this vehicle can get in between just about anything including down the side walks among angry protesters.

I just wanted you all to see what kind of craziness occurs on a daily basis.

I still love riding this magnificent machine, even though it is half torn apart (see the missing white cover on one battery. I will be making a post on what I find as to the cause and repair of the wheel.
