1절 골반장기탈출
- 자궁탈출
원인 임신 및 출산 혹은 자궁적출술 암 등의 문제로 나타남
증상 "밑이 빠질것 같아요"
진단 쇄석위 자세로 신체검진실시 반드시 양 다리를 같이 올려야함, 요실금이 동반될 수 있으니 요실금이 있는지 확인, 방광기능 검사 확인해야함
치료 비수술요법은 케겔운동으로 근육강화운동을 시행해야하며, 페서리는 회음으로 페서리를 유지할 수 있다면 가능하다. (내과적인 문제로 수술못하는사람, 수술기피자 등)
