二◯加煎餅
東雲堂の博多の銘菓、二◯加煎餅です。
郷土芸能の博多の仁和加に使用される、アイマスクの様な形が特徴的です。
真っ赤な背景に困った様な顔が特徴
お煎餅のおまけとしてにわか面が入っています。
1906年から販売されている菓子。
煎餅の読み方は"せんぺい"らしいです。
煎餅は2種類ありまっすぐなのは卵が多めに入っていて、少しカーブしている方は砂糖が多めに入っているそうです。
