Throwback to an Unforgettable Dinner!
This was my dinner two days ago, cooked by a kind Chinese lady and gentleman in a hostel at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. 🌋🍴 It was a vegetarian feast that tasted absolutely delicious!
🥬 The top plate: cabbage with chili 🌶️
🥔🍍 The bottom plate: potatoes, pineapple, and green paprika
🍅🧄 And my favorite, the middle plate: tomatoes, garlic, and some mystery ingredients that made it extra special!
A huge thank you to this lovely Chinese couple for preparing such a memorable meal. 🙏 They checked out early this morning to continue their travels — safe journeys and thank you again! 🛤️💚
