Is Bitcoin a good retirement plan ?

Bitcoin has quite a good track history, from literally 0.01 cent to 10k it's quite and markable path to walk.

I rather buy Bitcoin than invest in any other retirement because with Bitcoin I understand where the price is going and where my money is, also I can use it whenever I see it fit, but with retirement plans I cant quite understand what is my money is.

Retirement plans are most invested in stocks, but if you look at stocks during this pandemic, it's falling really really a lot, except for Amazon, Uber and some others.
