Lunch Run
I just finished a 15.217km running that lasted about 1hh:16mm:7ss !
Awful weather! Horrendous! Completely underestimated quite how strong the wind was and then when it started raining it felt like hundreds of needles on my face. Quite possibly my least favourite run in a year! BUT all bad runs make you a more resilient runner… supposedly. Wish I didn’t live in the UK.
