Evening Run
I just finished a 15.172km running that lasted about 1hh:13mm:41ss !
Didn't feel like stopping so I kept adding on a bit more and then a bit more. Headphones and headtorch kinda run at just below threshold pace. Stuck to the road and gravel paths which makes for easier terrain. Perfect running weather at the moment 👍
