Sunday Cross Country
I just finished a 21.252km running that lasted about 1hh:54mm:59ss !
Sunday longish run. I’ve done this route a couple of times before and whilst it’s not exciting it is flat. But what it lacks in hills it makes up for in mud! Feet felt like bricks at times. Ray my dog loves this run because there are rivers and streams for him to go in to, not to mention many a muddy puddle - a spaniel favourite! He even made friends with a couple of hairy pigs :)
Finished at a cafe for lemon drizzle cake + a cappuccino, all well before lunchtime
