Pasta with broccoli

Hungry...?
Pasta there...?
Broccoli in freezer...?
Then there's food!!!!!!

One (ok, in this case I) takes onion, garlic, fry them in oil, cook in the meantime broccoli ( but do not throw away the liquid!), chop them a bit, give in the pan, fry together briefly, then add to it a pck cream cheese, sour cream, some liquid, salt, pepper, cayenne, some freshly squeezed juice of half lemon and the thing is ready!!!!

You mix the sauce with the cooked pasta (this time got out the casarecce from the cupboard) and on top I sprinkled sliced roasted almonds and... bon appétit!!!!

And tastes not bad at all!!!
Even very good!!!

Would it be something for you???
