And the training continues

We are now less than 6 weeks away from the first race. Our tshirts have arrive and the training is going well.

I have been visiting Grandad about 3/4 times a week now for the last 4 weeks since he has been in hospital.
He is making progress but we are also able to understand and learn more about his condition thanks to the help and guidance from the nurses and the fantastic people at Dementia Uk.
I am proud to be supporting them.
