Summer Strikes and its really hot in here ( Lets keep safe)

In our place Philippines were on summer season and its really hot in here. Having 31° heat index makes us feel so hot and sick like the heat itself invites sore eye, skin rashes, sunburn, cough, measles and headache and even heat stroke.

this flowers supposed to bloom bigger and of beautiful colours but with the summer heat it comes so cute and the other one didn't manage to open and show its beauty, still amazingly beautiful with its cute sizes and the colours still fine and attractive still.

With the super summer heat here are some prevention for share:

(1) Drink lots if water like more than eight glasses a day.
(2) avoid too much sun exposure.
(3) eat healthy foods.
(4) take vitamins.
(5) bring hats and umbrella with you always.
(6) apply lotions or moisturizing cream to protect your skin.

Prevention is really better than cure. So lets be responsible and safe guys. Lets be like this beautiful flowers that blooms still inspite the heat that can bloom healthy and beautiful. Keep safe and healthy fellows, enjoy the heAt and don't let it make you sick.
