The Depressed Composer
The Depressed Composer
In a note, in a thousand dots
In a row, a few lines,
Can this creator create a tone,
To hit the right spots, by soft and hard strokes-
Making the depression begone?
The composed rhythm to cancel out
All this gloom, that in the mind is so loud.
It's loud and quiet!, I have no power to move,
Feed my ears, oh dear hands!
With this lovely tune.
Banish this depression won't you?
-Poem by RoseLilly
To illustrate how depression could be cancelled out by the creative world. An insight on how one could fight it when it tries to take over. Composing life standards, to never give in.
