It seems we have found a most efficient way to improve the user experience - picking fault with a group of people and a promise of bonus.

My  boss is one of those guy who wants to make the simplest Apps. But unfortunately few of us can fully follow his requirements, since in many circumstance it means sacrifice for the vision beauty. Today again, he was upset for my inactive attitude to one of his ideas. He told the young product managers and a few UI designers to install the wallet of a competitor, and the one who found out the most number of bugs of the wallet in about half an hour would got the highest amount of bonus, and he didn't mention how much is the bonus.

The outcome was marvelous. A popular and beautiful UI designed product could hide so many inconvenient operations. The bugs we found are over 40s. We all become so confident that we would make a fantastic wallet and everybody will like it.

I have to say the bonus are very high, far beyond our expectation. Everybody is happy at last, that's 10 of us at around 10:00pm.

I have learnt a lot from this event. The power of team.
