​Hello, friends! How are they doing? I'm stopping by to tell you about an amazing experience I had last week. As the title of this post says, the goal is to keep adding moments and, on this occasion, I had to "laugh at the experience" in the best possible way.

​Together with my boyfriend, I decided to venture to a night of Stand Up Comedy. The star of the night was the comedian Carlos Luis Medina. I'm going to be totally honest with you: I didn't know him, but I got out of there being a fan. From minute one until we left, I didn't stop laughing; it has a humor with a lot of sense that grabs you immediately.

​The Discovery: Pizpa

​Besides discovering a great artist, I finally met the local Pispa. I had heard a lot about this site, but I had not had the opportunity to visit it. It's a small and dark place, but with the perfect atmosphere for comedy.

​The attention: Simply excellent.
​Drinks and cocktails: Highly recommended, of great quality.
​The food: Their pizzas are, without a doubt, one of the best I've tried.
​The show: Real-life comedy
​What I loved most about Carlos Luis Medina was his ability to interact with the public. His style is genuine and generates natural laughs because he makes comedy based on everyday reality; he describes those things that happen to all of us and manages to make us see ourselves reflected in his jokes.
​He told us that he is not from Caracas, and although he mentioned that sometimes that can be a barrier, the truth is that he has adapted incredibly. In fact, by his mischievousness and his way of speaking, he reminded me a lot of the essence of El Conde del Guácharo, but with his own renewed style.

​Final verdict: My boyfriend and I didn't stop laughing all night. It was a super fun experience that I would recommend 100 times. If you have the opportunity to go to Pizpa and see Carlos Luis, do not hesitate!

​¡Hola, amigos! ¿Cómo están? Por aquí paso para contarles una experiencia increíble que viví la semana pasada. Como bien dice el título de este post, la meta es seguir sumando momentos y, en esta ocasión, me tocó "reírme de la experiencia" de la mejor manera posible.
​Junto a mi novio, decidí aventurarme a una noche de Stand Up Comedy. El protagonista de la noche fue el comediante Carlos Luis Medina. Les voy a ser totalmente sincera: no lo conocía, pero salí de allí siendo fan. Desde el minuto uno hasta que nos fuimos, no paré de reírme; tiene un humor con muchísimo sentido que te atrapa de inmediato.
​El descubrimiento: Pizpa

​Además de descubrir a un gran artista, finalmente conocí el local Pispa. Había escuchado muchísimo sobre este sitio, pero no había tenido la oportunidad de visitarlo. Es un lugar pequeño y oscuro, pero con la atmósfera perfecta para la comedia.
​La atención: Sencillamente excelente.
​Bebidas y cócteles: Muy recomendados, de gran calidad.
​La comida: Sus pizzas son, sin duda, de las mejores que he probado.
​El show: Comedia de la vida real
​Lo que más me encantó de Carlos Luis Medina fue su capacidad para interactuar con el público. Su estilo es genuino y genera risas naturales porque hace comedia basada en la realidad cotidiana; describe esas cosas que nos pasan a todos y logra que nos veamos reflejados en sus chistes.
​Nos contó que no es de Caracas, y aunque mencionaba que eso a veces puede ser una barrera, la verdad es que se ha adaptado increíblemente. De hecho, por su picardía y su manera de hablar, me recordó mucho a la esencia de El Conde del Guácharo, pero con su propio estilo renovado.

​Veredicto final: Mi novio y yo no paramos de reír en toda la noche. Fue una experiencia súper divertida que recomendaría 100 veces. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir a Pizpa y ver a Carlos Luis, ¡no lo duden!
