Happy start to the week, wonderful Hive Open Mic community! Blessings and good vibes to all. This week we are invited to share a song on the theme of “Good Luck,” and I would like to offer a few thoughts on the subject.
I believe that luck is, in most cases, related to chance, since it is something that happens suddenly, when we perhaps least expect it. However, sometimes our thoughts and prayers work in our favor so that the things we long for come true. In other words, good luck as such can be a combination of fortuitous coincidences and positive, dynamic personal attitudes or decisions.
The cover I bring you today is the song Día de Suerte (Lucky Day) by Mexican pop singer Alejandra Guzmán, from the album 20 Años de Éxitos, released in 2012. It talks about when we long for luck to come into our lives in the form of love, and then one day, as if by fate, that special person may cross our path, bringing joy and hope. I hope you like this performance.
¡Feliz inicio de semana, maravillosa comunidad de Hive Open Mic! Bendiciones y buenas vibras para todos. Esta semana se nos invita a compartir una canción en torno a la temática “Buena Suerte”, y me permito hace una pequeña reflexión al respecto.
Considero que la suerte está, en la mayoría de los casos, relacionada con la casualidad, ya que es algo que sucede de repente, cuando quizás no lo esperábamos. Sin embargo, en ocasiones nuestros pensamientos y nuestras oraciones juegan a favor de que las cosas que añoramos se den, es decir que la buena suerte como tal puede ser una combinación de coincidencias fortuitas y actitudes o decisiones personales positivas y dinámicas.
El cover que les traigo hoy se trata de la canción Día de Suerte, de la cantante mexicana de pop Alejandra Guzmán, perteneciente al álbum 20 Años de Éxitos, lanzado en 2012. En ella se nos habla precisamente de cuando añoramos que la suerte llegue a nuestra vida en forma de amor, y entonces algún día como por cosas del destino esa persona especial se puede cruzar en nuestro camino, trayendo alegría y esperanza. Espero que les guste esta presentación.
