How to make mango fruit ice cream Material :
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
Whipped cream 150 g
Ice water 200 ml
Mango 3 pieces
How to make :
Take 2 mango and peel then blend until smooth without using water. Set aside.
Add water to the whipped cream and shake until thickened and mix the mango that has been blended earlier into it.
Beat until all blended perfectly.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Then put in the refrigerator / freezer.
Wait 15 minutes, then stir back the ice cream. Do it 3 times to get soft and soft ice cream.
Finally enter into the freezer and wait for 8 hours in order to freeze perfectly.
