•Micro: 1-3 minutes
•Nugget: 5-10/15 minutes
•Commuter: 20-30 minutes
•Long-form 45 + minutes
I have a wise friend, #AndySporring. He suggested I start small, an **AtomiCast ** 2 minutes or less on my Cell Phone. I feel like that is doable !
