My Actifit Report Card: June 5 2021

Today was quite enjoyable. It was my first time getting my steps in while using my new Fitbit charge 4.

The controls on it are easy to use and I found that it didn't get in the way of anything that I did today. I like the look of mine, and my wife got the one that had a cloth band instead of the rubberized one or silicone one that comes with it normally.

This should be something that we continue to use while we do our walking, since I believe the results are going to be more consistent with the Fitbit band then with the activate app which I sometimes forget to turn on.

Also I am #alive and participating in the #iamalivechallenge. I had a great day and I am celebrating being alive.
