Bathroom Demo Day

Have you ever done a renovation and had to demo your bathroom? Well today My eldest son Riley and I started ours. We smashed away the existing tiles and cement board backing to the walls and then removed the screw. Riley made countless trips form the bathroom to the dumping bin on the driveway and then came to help me take out the hundreds of screws. He is a very hard worker. What I discovered even though the work was not easy (plus it was so hot and dirty ) is that I found it enjoyable. It was nice to get to spend a day with my son, without devices, just working side by side. I will remember this father and son time.
