I will file a case against Al-Jazeera: Foreign Minister
The government is considering filing a lawsuit against Qatar-based television channel Al-Jazeera for publishing a report titled "All the Prime Minister's Men" with false and fabricated information.
Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen made the remarks in response to a question from reporters after a function at the Banani Army Stadium in the capital on Saturday.
Asked if the government was considering shutting down the TV channel and suing Al Jazeera, Abdul Momen said: "The public understands that this is false information. We will see. Where there are informational errors, we will highlight them. And we will sue. We are working for that. "
