Samosas
I first encountered samosas at a Farmer's Market in Thunder Bay, ON, over 25 years ago, I have experienced them and loved everyone.
A samosa is a fried or baked dish with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, or lentils. The heat level runs from mild to spicy. These were purchased at a farmer's market.
