Coconut

Coconut is the such fruit, that contains high amount of potassium. Water of the coconut is the main source of that potassium. It is very much effective for the ill people. It helps to enrich minarel in our body. If anyone feels dizzy, he can drink the coconut water. It is a very easily affordable fruit to drink. We see Coconut tree take birth in the river or pond sides. Coconut tree is planted in the river or pond sides because of it’s availability of watering. Besides coconut tree helps to keep the river sides stable very strongly. It also helps to save us from lightning. Which is very much harmful to us. We can use coconut leaves for our households purposes.
