Cook With Me: Egg Drop Soup

Hello everyone! Greetings to all,
It's me rin-rin sharing a wonderful easy recipe of another way to cook an egg!

Cook With Me

I made this soup yesterday, And I'm thinking it's worth to share!

I was hungry in the middle of the night (Midnight) and It's not good to sleep with an angry stomach, so I decided to cook and share!

Ingredients & Procedure
INGREDIENTS

•2 Eggs
• 1Tbsp. CornStarch
• 1 Spring Onion
• 1 Clove of Garlic
• Salt & Magic Sarap
• 2 cup of Water

PROCEDURE

Crack One egg Open into a bowl, Mix it and Season it into your liking.
Then set aside,
Mince the Garlic.
Then set aside,

Slice the Spring Onion into half inch long. Then set aside, Mix the Cornstarch with water. Then set aside, Boil the 2 Cups of water into the pot, then when the water is hot— put the garlic in and lower the heat. After a minute put the mixed egg into the pot while doing a circular motion of mixing (It should be cloudy). Right after put the mixture of cornstarch (mix ths cornstarch well(watery texture)) And mix well it should be in a thick texture right after mixing, put the other egg and crack it in the ladle and season it but dont mix it then put it in the soup right after, Lastly put the spring onions in then turn the heat off.
