The same as my last blog— we'll be mixing the wet ingredients first but separate the salt this time and mix it to the flour rather than in the wet ingredients.

After so, After mixing the wet ingredients put them all together to the flour, and mix thoroughly.

so on, After mixing we then be kneading the dough— unlike before this dough will be dry and not like the Ensaymada— it'll be much more harder to knead this dough because it uses a lot of strength.

After kneading the dough, let's set the dough for 30 minutes for the yeast to activate. While the dough is setting we'll be mixing the filling of the bread, We mix the Sugar and Margarine first then alternatively mixing the milk, flour and breadcrumbs.

We didn't have the time to cook the filling yet you can also cook the filling for a better outcome.

We Weighted the bread fairly in 30g, Then we'll be forming it into circle then flattened it out with the rolling pin, after flattening it— We'll be putting in the desired amount of filling inside and roll it out.

Then after don't forget to brush oil into the baking sheet so that the bread won't be hard to separate from the sheet. Then after forming the bread and sprinkling it some bread crumbs. After then, Let's set it for another 15 minutes to bake it in the oven.

Afterward— Put it in the oven and bake for 15-3minutes, Once the bread is golde brown It's ready to be served!

This is the finished Product

There's an actually funny story behind while we're making the bread, I accidentally put 2½ cups flour instead of 2⅛ Cups. I didn't say anything of course because it's my mistake. I realized my mistake when we were kneading the dough, also the filling I also mistakenly scoop ⅓ of sugar instead og ⅔. I've had a lot of mistakes, yet I keep everything myself.

I hope this will pick your interest and you'll have some fun baking!
