Italian Specialty

There are many Italian specialties in regards to food. The Calzone is one of my favorites. Its has two different cheeses, mozzarella and ricotta baked inside fresh dough. It is usually served with a tomato sauce. There are also many variations such as adding pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach etc.
