Sometimes Chinese food is a change of pace. Most of the time I eat Italian and American food. Spanish from different countries is good as well. Chinese chow mein comes in different styles. Chicken is the most popular which comes with a white sauce. Tonight I decided to try the roast pork chow mein which came with a brown sauce. I'm glad I tried it, it was absolutely delicious. Onions are the main ingredient, mixed with scallions, shredded carrots.
