Amazing Chicken Salad

I had this chicken salad the other day from a deli across from my job. I go to this place often. I knew it was fresh because I didn't see it the day before. It had apples, dried cranberries and walnuts in it. Just add chicken mayonnaise and a little black pepper and you can make it yourself. It was one of the best I've ever tasted.
