Ascent // Alternative (Spa/Eng)

In my dreams, I drift through the cosmos; it’s scary, and I don’t want to leave my comfort zone. Space is dark, and there is no light—just as the human heart sometimes appears. There is only cold and infinite emptiness—as if it were one’s own mind.

Intentar comprender un vacío es como tratar de encender un celular sin su particular batería; querer comprenderse a si mismo es como abarcar muchas zonas con obstáculos sin sentidos. ¿Que intento expresar; que intento comunicar? En realidad, ninguna de estas cosas parecen tener significado.

Trying to understand a void is like trying to turn on a cell phone without its battery; trying to understand oneself is like navigating through countless areas filled with senseless obstacles. What am I trying to express? What am I trying to communicate? In reality, none of these things seem to have any meaning.

Siempre hay que ir hacia arriba; hay que aprovechar lo que nos hace transcender; hay que disfrutar el proceso que nos rodea y lo que tenemos al frente. No tiene significado; no tiene entendimiento; no tiene comprensión; y aun así seguimos sin parar.

We must always strive upward; we must make the most of what allows us to transcend; we must enjoy the process unfolding around us and what lies ahead. It has no meaning; it defies understanding; it defies comprehension; and yet we keep going without stopping.
