Weekly-ish Running Update: Four good runs!
Park Run...
It was quite warm and I wasn't feeling in a PB mood at all so I headed out at an even 4.40 pace to start...
Then a slightly slower second K and then faster for Ks 3 4 and 5 - happy enough with this!
Monday easy 6.5K.
A very pleasant easy trott around the local park in quite warm weather!
Weds Intervals...
Got to the track an hour earlier than usual and it was hot!
There were more people than usual which was nice
I did 3 800s - paired back from the usual 1Ks cos of the heat.
Then 4 400s - faster than I thought I wld.
Honestly I wld have been happy with 4.1 pace for the 8s and 4.0 fr the 4s but managed faster and felt OK.
NB i was a bit short on sleep too..
Oh and this was a shirt off run grrrr!
Thursday slow and easy...
I also did an easy trot around the local park for 5.25Ks today, not really worth saying any more, it was hot again!
