setting up Dcity on a budget
So this is my first post, and i am setting up dcity up on a budget of 26 hive (approx $22)but is it a smart thing to do?
Yes i believe it is, as firstly the ROI is not extreme and should but under a year with a bit of luck.
Currently the taxes are quite high with income tax set at 78% , this is probably due to the price of hive pushing people to sell and leaving the price very low at 0.0012
at this current tax i will receive 15 sim tokens a day which equates to 0.0186 hive a day with a rough value of 1.5 cents but what i am banking on is the price of sim increasing and driving down the income tax which will increase daily income and sim value token.
Why do i think this will happen?
Well with 1st edition ending and people still jostling for postion and the 3rd edition should drive the price up quite nicely.
Will i invest in new cards?
I will probably invest in new cards in the future taken from the sim token sold, will i buy or take a chance on packs.
Well i will be buying certain cards like this simple setup i have here, a few apartments and a few factories.
If everything goes the way i want and sim recovers to 0.004 and hive stays roughly $0.80 i will gain approx 0.32 hive or $0.26 a day giving a ROI of 85 days approx but we are currently low so i expect around 200 days.
I will post an update every friday to let you know how everything is going.
