The role of the Promoter doesn't end with the https://www.reraeasy.com/services/developers/rera-compliance. Section 11 states duties of the promoter. One of the important duties of the Promoter is to update the Project Quarterly (Every 90 days). Rera Compliance - Upgradation including updating the construction stage (Form 1 - Architect Certificate), Updating the Cost incurred and the valuation of sold inventory (Form 3 - CA Certificate), Updating the estimation, cost (Form 2), Latest Approvals granted to Project and any other details required by the Authority.
