Laing us better than Lying
"Laing" is a Filipino dish made from shredded or whole taro leaves, coconut milk, and you can add some meat or seafood to make it more delicious. Also, this was originated from Bicol in Phillippines as they put some chili on it.
If you like spicy food, you will really like this one. But, for some you can also try it with other spices. This is very delicious, swear!
